The Spanish Video-on-Demand Association was founded in 2018 in order to create a framework for reflection and meeting point for Video-on-Demand services in Spain.
The audiovisual sector has undergone major changes in recent years, as evidenced by the introduction and significance that Video-on-Demand services have achieved on a global level. As explained above, consumer behaviour among the population has experienced such a considerable change that it has favoured new forms of content distribution and boosted the entire industry.

A single voice
We represent Video-on-Demand companies, an essential part of the audiovisual ecosystem, with a relevant impact on our country’s economy and employment.

Adaptation to new trends
We promote public policies and a regulation for the audiovisual sector that support innovation on new forms of content distribution and enjoyment.

A safe environment.
We guarantee a safe environment for the users of Video-on-Demand services, with special emphasis on enjoyment of the content by families and minors.

Combating piracy
We promote the legal consumption of audiovisual works, reducing the impact of piracy on our sector.

Promoting alliances at both national and international levels
We establish contacts with other associations and national operators that may share common interests with our associates.
